The Return Of The Animal Experience
Tuesday 13th February 2018 in The Learning Zone
Stuck for something to do during half term? We are very excited to welcome back The Animal Experience to our Learning Zone on Tuesday 13th February 2018. They are a family-run business whose aim is to educate and entertain. They will be bringing a fantastic selection of their hand-tame animals for you to see for FREE! Last time they brought along a python, blue-tongued skink, bearded dragon, tegu, Ronnie the beautiful barn owl, Kit Kat the meerkat, a baby sugar glider & tarantula. Some of these may return and there may be some new ones too. If there are any animals you’ve never heard of or are scared of, then this is a great way to overcome your fears & learn more! There will be six 45 minute sessions throughout the day which will include a talk and an opportunity to get hands on with some of the animals. Even though this is a FREE event, spaces are limited so booking is essential. Please come into the Garden Centre to find out session times and to book your preferred time (no bookings will be taken over the phone). Places must be booked for both adults AND children and there is a maximum of 6 places per family/party. Please ensure you arrive 10 minutes prior to your time slot to ensure sessions run on time. We would also like to point out that children under 2 years are more than welcome to attend this event however, due to government guidelines, they are not permitted to touch or handle the animals.
