FREE Car Park
Our 300 space car park is free for our customers to use. There are wider spaces dedicated for parent & child parking and located nearer the entrance, we have more accessible spaces for less mobile customers.
EV Charging Units
We have four electric charging points in our carpark. They use the operating platform Fuuse so you will need to download the Fuuse app on your smartphone and create an account. Then just follow the instructions and get charging.
Wheelchair Use
We have four wheelchairs available. These are available on a first come first served basis and cannot be booked. To avoid disappointment, we suggest that where possible, wheelchair owners should bring their own.
Toilets & Baby Change
Our toilet facilities are located next to our restaurant. There is a baby change room & a spacious toilet for customers who require more access. To keep this facility clean & in constant working order, it has a coded key pad. The present code is C2244. The code can be obtained at the Information Desk or scan the QR code on the door.
Carry to Car Service
We are always readily available to assist you in getting your purchases safely to your car. Please ask a member of staff should you need any help. Likewise, if you need help carrying your intended purchases to the tills in the garden centre or carrying your tray to your table in the restaurant, our friendly staff are only too happy to help.
Carrier Bags
We have carrier bags & larger Poplars paper bags available to our customers. Our carrier bags are 10p & our Poplars paper bags are 40p. Our carrier bags are bio-degradable so are kinder to the environment. Each quarter, the money we make from the sale of all of our bags is spent on food which is then delivered to our local food bank.
