Food Hygiene 5 Star Rating

We know we have very high standards here at Poplars but it’s always nice when you have them confirmed. Restaurant Manager Gareth, Head Chef Stefan, Front of House Manager Ali H and Front of House Supervisor Ali B, together with their amazing catering & kitchen teams received the fantastic news last week that the Restaurant@Poplars has retained its 5-star Food Hygiene Rating following the restaurant’s latest inspection. Food hygiene ratings reflect the standards of food hygiene and provides customers with a clear indication of hygiene standards, using a straightforward 1-5 rating system. Our rating of 5 reflects the excellent standards we maintain in our kitchen & restaurant.
