Entry To Santa’s Grotto is £9.00 per child (accompanying adults go FREE)
As in previous years, £1.00 from every grotto entry fee is donated directly to the local branch of the NSPCC.
Your personal visit to Santa includes:-
* A gift from Santa
* A bag of chocolate coins (**)
* A real life miniature Christmas Tree
* A visit to see Santa’s reindeer
* A child’s hot chocolate, topped with cream & marshmallows, served in the Restaurant@Poplars (**)
* A no obligation photo opportunity
(** a dairy and/or gluten free alternative is available upon request. Please state this in the ‘Special Requirements’ when booking)
On line tickets are available in advance up until midnight the day before you wish to visit.
For on line bookings, a £1.50 booking fee applies (per booking). In order for us to plan for these arrivals, each online booking has a capacity of up to 4 children. Please arrive five minutes before the start of your time slot (however, arriving much too early can cause confusion).
You are booking a time slot within a 20 minute window, therefore there may be a short wait to see Santa, but if for any reason, we are running late, please be patient with our Elves. Please be aware our online bookings are processed by a third party so if you miss your time slot, an alternative time slot or refund may not be available.
Tickets are also available to purchase from the Grotto each day the Grotto is open. These tickets can only be purchased on the same day as you wish to visit and are only valid on the day of issue. We recommend you arrive early to purchase these tickets to avoid disappointment.
The Grotto opens On Saturday 24th November and will be open every weekend until Christmas!
