Charcoal Chimney Starter £19.99
With some definite barbecue weather on the way, don’t be left out in the cold. Get the party – and the fire started with a charcoal chimney starter. A real game changer to get a large amount of hot coals in a short amount of time. Simply crumple a couple of sheets of newspaper and put them in the bottom of the cylinder, under the grate (you can use lighter blocks instead of newspaper if you prefer). Place the chimney on the grill and fill up the top part of the chimney with bbq briquettes/Heat Beads. Light the newspaper or lighter blocks with a match through one of the ventilation holes. Once the top layer of briquettes/Heat Beads has a light coating of ash, carefully lift the starter and empty the coals into the BBQ (use heat-resistant gloves). Depending on the type and quantity of your charcoal, this heating process should only take around 15-20 minutes.
